These delicious bitter oranges from Spain and OliveNation are peeled into strips and gone through a process of boiling in sugar water and drying. The process is repeated until they are the perfect amount of candied deliciousness. They are then left out overnight to dry even further, and dipped in a 62% dark Valrhona chocolate. These make for a perfect healthy snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth. Normally we would say never put chocolate in the refrigerator because there is too much moisture, and water is chocolate's worse enemy, but these are an exception and are best enjoyed nice and cold right out of the fridge.
